Functionality for Administrators, Super Users, Foremen and Mechanics
When a Service has been completed, you will find it again in the Service History
This page lists historical data, and you can see both the completed checklist and the work order details if you have access to it.
How to find the Service History:
1️⃣ Open "Service" in the main menu.
2️⃣ "Service History" is the first tab. This page shows all completed Services.
3️⃣ Use the search field to filter the Service History.
You can search by:
Asset (ID, description)
Work order (order number)
Performed by (name)
Click the 🔍 search icon or press [Enter] to perform a search that narrows down the results.
Note: If you do not click the search icon or press [Enter], the search will only highlight matching text in the rows you are viewing.
This can be useful if you want to find something specific within a selection of results. All text in the columns is searchable this way.
Matching text is highlighted in yellow.
✨ Tip: You can also click on the column names to sort the view, e.g. by date
