Functionality for Coordinators
The coordinator is responsible for distributing machines and equipment to the projects. In a complex everyday life, there are many factors to take into account when evaluating orders and requests that come in, and it is ultimately the coordinator who approves, replaces or rejects an order.
To approve an order, you can open the order from the list of orders, or click on the
bars in the calendar. You can approve one by one, or several at the same time.
Orders are displayed as orange bars in the calendar. When an order is approved, it changes to blue.
